About the role

Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections for property and general liability coverage.
• Prepare clear, concise, and comprehensive reports that include exterior measurements and diagrams, photographs of the property, observations and recommendations, and a summary of current conditions and any visible hazards.

Requirements

• Expertise in construction classifications (ISO Classes 1–6) and general liability.
• Ability to work within a typical 60‑mile radius; assignments available throughout the United States.

Pay

Sedgwick processes payments weekly and pays inspectors per completed report based on client specifications, specialty, program, location, and other factors. The typical fee model is a flat rate per assignment, with most assignments averaging between $45 and $100 per assignment.
