About The Role
- Install home remodeling products according to Statewide standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect
Key Qualifications
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential cabinet installation, refacing, and laminate
- Experience with trim and finish carpentry
- Established LLC or business
- Worker’s compensation and general liability insurance
- Crews preferred with a vehicle that can transport materials to job site
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
