Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
• Apply finish work as needed for every application
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Requirements

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience, including trim and finish carpentry
• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, and backsplash
• Established LLC or business running under EIN
• General liability and worker's compensation insurance
• Cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
