Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting intakes.
- Monitor patients' clinical progress at regular group counseling sessions.
- Authorize patients' prescriptions during monthly visits with patient panels.
- Complete all notes and reporting in Groups EMR system within required timeline.
Qualifications
- Active, Unencumbered State License (MD/DO) in the State in which you are applying.
- Active, Individual DEA with address listed in the State in which you are applying.
- DEAX designation as formerly required to prescribe Buprenorphine or proof of 8hrs of qualified training as assigned by SAMHSA.
- Minimum 1 year actively prescribing Buprenorphine.
- Maintain hospital admitting privileges at a TJC, DNV NIAHO, CIHQ, or ACHC accredited hospital.
- Proof of Active Board Certification (MD or DO; any specialty).
