About the role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all areas, including brand, people, and operations, while also assuming primary responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
Responsibilities
Brands: Supervise and support associates in achieving exceptional client experiences that maximize sales and customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.
People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Recruit and manage associates, addressing their strengths and opportunities. Maintain positive relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
Operations: Manage store processes, including digital strategies, inventory, payroll, and store operations. Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience
Minimum 1+ year(s) prior management experience
Ability to lead or support a team
Effective communication skills
Scheduling availability to meet business needs
Cosmetology license desirable but not required
