About the Role
As a Sally Beauty Advisor, you’ll be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, empowering customers to express themselves through hair and beauty. Your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience, guiding customers through their beauty journey with passion and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complementary products.
- Inform customers about current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
