Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to manage the Canada brand portfolio to reflect global brand strategies.
- Oversee agency partners and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of campaigns and assets.
- Lead the Associate Brand Manager to plan and execute the development of the new innovations and adapt to the local market.
- Conduct portfolio analyses and manage shopper and sales support efforts to ensure optimal portfolio offering by channel, consumption occasion, price/value, and shopper and customer need to maximize sales and profitability.
- Partner with sales and revenue growth management teams to ensure pricing, promotions, pack sizes, and product portfolio meets customer and shopper needs.
- Identify white space opportunities by channel/customer to meet shopper and consumer needs.
- Partner with sales teams to successfully drive customer sell-in and in-store awareness and conversion with shoppers.
- Lead planning and reporting for Canada marketing team to inform data-based decisions for brand growth.
- Drive planning and execution of key business and marketing activities including consumer marketing/advertising, shopper marketing/e-Commerce and displays, market research, packaging, and pricing.
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects within the region, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Responsible for overall budget management.
- Manage efforts of cross-functional teams and agencies on key initiatives with a strong proactive attitude and bias for action, exercising sound judgment when providing direction to project teams.

- Strong understanding of business planning, marketing principles, analysis, promotions, budgeting, project management.
- Familiarity with Sales, Manufacturing, R&D and Finance principles.
- Strong ability to lead people without having direct organizational authority.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to generate business insights from diverse data sources.
- Self-starter with proven ability to manage complexity and problem-solve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, ideally with emphasis in Marketing preferred.
- A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
- Strong progressive Marketing background with 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience with pricing, revenue growth management, sales/trade management strongly preferred.
- Consumer Packaged Goods or Food Industry experience preferred.
- French Canadian proficiency is desired, not mandatory.
- Computer skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and other software/ applications.
