100% Travel Cable Technician
About the role
Seeking candidates available for 100% travel work, including weekends with high amounts of overtime. Most techs work 60+ hours a week. Company vehicle and gas card provided. Per diem provided for food and lodging.
Responsibilities
- Must have top skills including wireless access points, network devices, Cat6, switches, scissor lifts, and install/troubleshoot these components.
- Secondary skills such as punchdown, wireless access points, low voltage, cable installation, and structured cabling are nice to have.
Requirements
Top Skills - Must Haves:
- Experience with access points/cabling
- Cat6e Cabling experience
- Proven experience on installing, troubleshooting, terminating and punching down Cat6 cable
- Network Device Installation
- Installing network cabinets/racks
Qualifications
Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves:
- Punchdown
- Wireless access point
- Low voltage
- Cable installation
- Cable puller
- Structured cabling
Benefits
Pay Range: $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
