Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community Setting
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience and/or Education: New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists
• Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist

Pay

Up to $100/eval + treats Hospice patients

Schedule

Part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. Flexible Schedule, Variety of Settings, Higher Rates, No Long-Term Contracts, Weekend and Holiday Shifts, Skill Maintenance, Networking Opportunities.
