About the role

School-Based Outpatient Clinician at LifeBridge Counseling, providing individual, family, or group therapy to students within Caroline County Public Schools. Services may be delivered in person or via tele‑health using a variety of clinical modalities and evidence‑based practices.

Pay

$32.14 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, 10‑month position that aligns with the Caroline County Public Schools academic year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and families within the school setting.
• Provide services in person and through tele‑health platforms as needed.
• Utilize a wide array of therapeutic modalities and adhere to evidence‑based practices.
• Collaborate with True North Health Clinic and Intercept Health for comprehensive care, including psychiatry, crisis, and home‑based services.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP) or working toward licensure as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work.
• Post‑graduate clinical experience working with children, adolescents, or families.
• Experience across various therapeutic modalities.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practices.
