10 Month Guidance Assistant 1.0 FTE
Guidance Assistant Position Summary: Assists the Department Chair of the Guidance Department with a variety of professional duties related to the maintenance of the department.

- Assists with maintaining departmental records and files
- Coordinates with teachers and staff to ensure accurate student guidance and counseling services
- Processes and maintains confidential student records
- Supports the implementation of school policies and procedures
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manages scheduling and appointment coordination
- Performs data entry and other administrative tasks using data processing programs

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Two years experience with special training in business or secretarial courses
- Two years experience with data processing programs
- Experience/knowledge of office management preferred
- Experience in educational institution preferred
