About the role

Think Academy is seeking part‑time and full‑time instructors for English Phonics & ELA and Mathematics, as well as a full‑time elite‑track position combining business operations with math teaching. Positions are located in‑person in Silicon Valley, Seattle, Irvine, and (for the elite role) Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

• English Phonics & ELA Teacher (Preschool‑Early Elementary): serve as teaching assistant or lead instructor, delivering phonics and English language arts lessons.
• Mathematics Teacher (Preschool, Lower Elementary, Upper Elementary, Middle School, Competition): act as lead instructor, planning and delivering math curriculum across the listed grade levels and competition tracks.
• Business Operations + Math Teaching (Elite Training, Full‑Time): support business operations functions while also teaching mathematics to students from preschool through middle school and competition levels.

Pay

• English Phonics & ELA Teacher: $40–$80 per teaching hour; $20–$25 per administrative hour.
• Mathematics Teacher: $40–$80 per teaching hour; $20–$25 per administrative hour.
• Business Operations + Math Teaching (Elite): $65,000–$85,000 base salary (first year) plus commission bonus.

Schedule

• Job type: Part‑time or Full‑time (as indicated for each role).
• Intended start date: ASAP (with a latest start of January 3, 2027 for the elite role; other roles ASAP or January 2027).
• Locations: Silicon Valley, Seattle, Irvine (all teaching roles); Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Irvine (elite role).
