Job Summary
We are looking to hire a Client Servicing Executive for our e-commerce business Whataportrait.com, based in Mumbai, preferably in the western suburbs. This role involves email and chat interactions (non-voice process) with office hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain existing client relationships in person via chat and email only
- Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales
- Effectively communicate with overseas clients to gain commitment to purchase
- Identify, develop, and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets
- Liaise with vendors and contracted artists to accomplish projects assigned in a timely manner
- Ensure quality control/proofing for every accomplished project before sending them over to customers for approval
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in an efficient and effective manner
