1. Client Servicing Executive - Non Voice Process

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Client Servicing Executive for our e-commerce business Whataportrait.com, based in Mumbai, preferably in the western suburbs. This is an email/chat-oriented profile without voice interactions, with office hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain existing client relationships in person via chat and email only
• Professionally and effectively employ sales skills to achieve targeted sales
• Effectively communicate with overseas clients to gain commitment to purchase
• Identify, develop, and maintain relations with potential clients to drive billed revenue for attaining set revenue targets
• Liaise with vendors and contracted artists to accomplish projects assigned in a timely manner
• Ensure quality control/proofing for every accomplished project before sending them over to customers for approval
• Respond to customer inquiries via email in an efficient and effective manner
