About the role

BAM is a property management company founded in 2010, focused on growth, family, and fun. The Multisite Maintenance Supervisor oversees and trains a maintenance team to ensure properties are in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards.
• Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues.
• Guide and coach the maintenance team for growth and development.
• Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and maintain cost-effective operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably with supervisory experience.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
