1:1 School Nurse (RN)

About the role

Our Laurel Highlands Offices are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about 1:1 care to join our Skilled Nursing team. From day one, you will receive excellent onboarding and training, including a free lunch of your choice, paid orientation that previews the role, your client, and required skills, and ongoing support during your first client home visit to ensure you feel comfortable with your skills and the family.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
• Provide hands‑on care with only one client per day
• Work traditional shifts (4‑, 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts)
• Build client relationships and watch their milestones

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (verified by school transcript or diploma)
• Current nursing license in good standing in the state
