1:1 Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatric School Nurse - Full-Time

Pay Range: $35 - $39/hour

Responsibilities

• Manage the care of a 1x1 student with chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, Trachs/Vents, G-tubes)
• Coincide with healthcare providers, teachers, and parents
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records
• Communicate with parents regarding their child's health status, concerns, and recommended follow-up care
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
• Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)

Qualifications

• CA state nursing license
• Must be okay with Trachs
• CPR/BLS certification
• Current negative TB result
