About the role
Provide compassionate, high-quality private-duty care to clients in a one-to-one home care setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on care tailored to individual client needs, including pediatric care opportunities
- Build strong client relationships and monitor their progress
- Provide traditional shift types such as 4, 8, or 10-hour shifts, with options for PRN, part-time, or full-time schedules
- Ensure client safety and comfort through personalized attention
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current, valid nursing license in good standing in the state of PA
- Passion for home health care and patient well-being
