About the role
Mains’l Services is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in homes and communities.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports)
- Support community involvement and social connections
- Auxiliary tasks such as assisting with errands, shopping, and appointments
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment
- Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines
- Offer transportation to activities and appointments
- Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy
- Document daily activities and care
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass a DHS background check
