1:1 Coach (Contract, Fully Remote)

About the role

Strawberry.me is a coaching platform dedicated to making coaching accessible. We pair ICF-trained coaches with clients who are committed to personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1:1 virtual video sessions with clients
• Deliver focused, high-impact coaching sessions using our platform and tools
• Support clients between sessions

Requirements

• ICF-accredited coach training completed
• At least 50 hours of coaching experience
• Career coaching experience
• Based and authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable coaching over video

Compensation

$30–$50/hr, with opportunities for advancement. This is a contract role.
