1.0 FTE Infant Feeding Therapist (OT/PT/SLP)

About the Role

We are seeking a feeding therapist to join our Infant Therapy team. This position will provide evaluation and treatment of feeding skills for outpatient and/or inpatient infants 0-12 months of age with a variety of diagnoses.

Therapists applying should have skills in pre-feeding activities, initiating and progressing bottle and breastfeeding, managing oral feeding programs in tube fed infants, transitioning from tube to oral feeding, and introduction of solids foods. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists will be considered.

Requirements

Occupational or Physical Therapist

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current Washington State license to practice as a physical or occupational therapist.
• BLS certification.

Speech Pathologist

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Experience in pediatric diagnostic or treatment settings.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Washington State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric hospital experience.
• Functional knowledge of a second language.

Pay

Compensation range: $46.96 - $70.43 per hour (based on full-time employment of 2,080 hours per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. This range is specific to Seattle; positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently.
