About the role

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining the assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring compliance with safety and security rules, Company policies, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team-oriented, dynamic store environment.
• Drive customer experience by ensuring exceptional service and solutions for hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee store operations, including sales, budget management, expense control, and inventory management.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance and compliance with safety, security, and Company policies.
• Act as an innovator, role model, and coach to develop team associates and drive results.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, stretch, reach, and lift moderately heavy items.
• Willingness to work around moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.
