0850 Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and customer service by leading the assigned category team and operating the store in adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Operate the store as a limited Manager On Duty in conjunction with the management team.
• Maintain the physical security of the assigned store as a key‑holding member of management.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and handle customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Maintain category merchandising and cleanliness and ensure operational efficiency.
• Train and develop Associates within the category and facilitate cross‑training for further development.
• Facilitate effective communication to all store Associates through daily briefings and weekly and monthly meetings.
• Drop off bank deposit and pick up change order as needed.
• Pick up café grocery supplies (milk, baked goods, etc.) as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• 18 years of age or older
• Successful completion of all background screenings

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to use hands/arms to operate a keyboard and telephone for repetitive motion activities
• Must be able to lift or team lift objects up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
• Must be able to communicate using speech, sight, and sound with or without an assistive device
• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, or crouch while performing daily activities of the job
