About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring they provide exceptional customer experiences and meet or exceed sales goals. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, and growing sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience
• Oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as company policies
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Past experience in cosmetology is a plus, but not required
• Passion for hair and beauty
