About the role
As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals, ensuring they deliver exceptional experiences to customers. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire a team to exceed sales goals and maintain budget and expense controls.
- Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and Company policies.
- Oversee store operations to maintain a visually appealing environment.
- Provide ongoing training and education to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and customers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- A passion for hair and beauty.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
- Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion.
Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a keen eye for detail are also beneficial.
