About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, ensuring each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs. You will manage talent, inspire your team, and oversee all store operations, focusing on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each customer receives an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations, including maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies.
• Maintain a store that always looks its best!

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus – but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!
