About the Role

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations, including meeting or exceeding sales goals, maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies while maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals and financial targets.
• Oversee daily store operations, including budget management, expense control, and inventory management.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security, and company policies.
• Maintain store appearance and presentation.
• Develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience.
• 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. The role may involve exposure to fumes, odors, moving parts, carts, or machines, and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals. Physical requirements include long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items.
