About the role

The Sales Associate at Cosmoprof will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, focusing on hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. This role requires a combination of knowledge, training, and passion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty among customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products to customers.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Maintain the Cosmoprof Loyalty program for customers.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One or more years of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet the business's needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Knowledge of product labels and ability to explain them.
• Ability to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
