About the role

Cosmo Prof is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, ensuring optimal customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• 30% Brand: Supervise and plan associate activities to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Ensure all brand standards are met and resolve customer issues.

• 30% People: Engage, train, and develop teams to achieve business objectives. Manage payroll and schedules, maintain positive relations, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

• 30% Operations: Execute company processes, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with HAZMAT training and execution. Utilize digital strategies and tools for efficient operations.

• 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, protect company assets, and analyze shrink and damages.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• At least 18 years of age

• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience

• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience

• Ability to lead or support a team

• Effective communication skills

• Scheduling availability to meet business needs
