About the role

As a Sales Associate at Cosmoprof, you’ll create a memorable shopping experience for customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you’ll serve as their trusted beauty advisor. Cosmoprof provides extensive product knowledge training—you bring the passion and personality.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend complementary products and inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof’s Culture Values.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years of retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Apply product knowledge from training to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes, odors, or irritant chemicals.

The role requires physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items. You may work around moving parts, carts, or machines.
