06 Limited Energy Journeyman Technician

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and programming commercial security devices, particularly CCTV, Access Control, IP Cameras, Intrusion Detection, Video Analytics, and IP network systems.

Responsibilities

• Taking a project from start to finish, completing all necessary paperwork
• Communicating with customers as needed
• Working independently and resolving problems to the customer's satisfaction

Requirements

• 06 Limited Energy Journeyman Electrician Certification
• Minimum of 5 years' experience installing and programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems
• Process-oriented, with good communication and organizational skills
• Practical experience with the internet and networking
• Valid driving license and clean MVR
• OSHA 10 certification at minimum

Qualifications

Knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking is essential.

• Experience with AMAG (preferred but not required)
