Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for production workshops, tire mounting and studding group, and production planning group.
• Ensure daily production plans, productivity targets, and quality metrics are met.
• Optimize equipment usage by operators, improve production organization, reduce resource consumption, implement progressive labor practices, and leverage productivity reserves to lower production costs.
• Foster professional growth and development of staff, and organize effective training processes.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to ensure proper technical maintenance of production equipment.
• Develop and monitor an action plan with the Chief Engineer and Head of Quality and Technology to reduce production waste.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement processes and Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce production costs and enhance equipment efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial roles within production workshops or units.
• Higher technical or engineering education.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and modern production practices.
• Experience managing teams of 200+ employees.
• Experience in automotive industry, auto component production, FMCG (tobacco products, paints and coatings, household chemicals), chemical production, or mechanical engineering is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Schedule

5-day workweek (5/2).
