About the role

Works on Accounts Receivables project as assigned. Liaises with other departments to ensure timely cash collection.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports summarizing collection status and proactively identifies potential risks
• Proactively works with Project Managers to understand clients
• May be responsible for leading a departmental process as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-3 years of experience in B2B collections

Schedule & work setup

• Willing to work on a fixed night shift schedule
• Hybrid set-up of 3 days onsite requirement per week
