02650 Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire the team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience
• Provide custom-fit solutions for customers' hair and beauty needs
• Meet or exceed sales goals by overseeing all store operations
• Maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by enforcing safety, security rules, and company policies
• Maintain store appearance and visual standards

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license a plus (not required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for hair and beauty

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
• Occasional exposure to fumes and odors
• Long periods of standing and walking
• Recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Recurring lifting of moderately heavy items (e.g., shipment or record boxes)
• Working around moving parts, carts, or machines
