About the role

Sally Beauty is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, and we're looking for a Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee all store operations, including maintaining budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring staff follow safety and security rules and procedures, as well as company policies.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Skills

Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and develop a team are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with retail systems are also beneficial.

Benefits

Associates receive six (6) paid Holidays, three (3) to four (4) Floating Holidays, and anywhere from eighty (80) hours to one-hundred and sixty (160) hours of vacation time each year. The number of Floating Holidays and vacation accrual are dependent on years of service. Pay

The compensation range is $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience.
