About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager part-time in Fredericksburg, VA, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth service and compliance with policies.
• Manage and train store staff to meet performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to all store policies and procedures.
• Perform inventory management tasks to maintain accurate stock levels.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
