About the role

Supermarket security staff ensure a safe and comfortable shopping environment for customers. Duties include parking lot guidance, customer assistance, and cart/basket collection.

Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles in the parking lot
• Guide and assist customers
• Collect and organize shopping carts and baskets
• Maintain security to ensure customer safety within the store premises

Schedule

• Day shift: 08:00–17:00 (8 working hours)
• Minimum 1 day per week, up to 4 days per month
• Shift submissions due weekly
• No overtime
• Flexible scheduling; requests for specific days off will be accommodated

Pay

• Hourly wage: ¥1,300
• Full transportation reimbursement (with conditions)
• Training allowance: ¥25,000 for 3 days (20 hours)

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (under exception reason 2)
• No experience, age, gender, or educational background required
• Open to students, seniors, homemakers, part-time workers, and those seeking side jobs
