About the role
The role involves leading Zumba classes at the Speer Branch YMCA, focusing on fitness and wellness programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Zumba classes that promote physical activity and health.
- Engage with participants to provide motivation and feedback during classes.
- Ensure all classes adhere to YMCA standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness instruction.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
- Excellent teaching abilities.
- Knowledge of Zumba routines and other fitness activities.
- Ability to manage class schedules and participant registrations.

Pay
