Zoom Workspace Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end Zoom Workplace solutions, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Workspace Reservation
• Turn customer requirements into scalable, secure, and reliable architectures with full technical documentation
• Run technical discovery sessions and support sales teams with demos, presentations, and RFP responses
• Provide technical oversight to implementation teams, ensuring flawless execution and commissioning
• Serve as the go-to subject-matter expert for all things Zoom Workspace, staying sharp on certifications and workplace trends
• Translate technical "geek-speak" into clear business language for our clients

Requirements

• 5+ years in collaboration, AV, UC, or workplace technology
• Hands-on expertise with Zoom Rooms and Zoom Workplace tools
• Experience as a solutions architect, sales engineer, or consultant, specifically in enterprise room design
• Zoom certifications (Rooms, Phone, Workplace) and knowledge of networks, security, and cloud architectures (preferred)
