Position Overview

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps maintain the store appearance. This role is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on an assigned store zone.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.

Pay

New Hire Starting Pay: $16.25 – $17.25. This pay represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for the job grade. Actual associate pay will be based on work location, position, experience, skill level, qualifications, and other relevant factors, and will not be below the minimum wage for the specific location.
