About the Role

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps maintain store appearance. This role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance within an assigned store zone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving shipments, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
