Zone Specialist Full Time

About the Role

As a Retail Zone Specialist, you will assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with a primary focus on your assigned store zone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all product within the department is merchandised and recovered per visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain your assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
