About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to join our team remotely. In this role, you will serve as the technical owner of our Zip procurement platform, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining workflows and integrations within an Oracle environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain complex approval workflows and dynamic intake forms within Zip, based on variables like spend amount, department, and vendor risk.
- Develop and optimize custom logic, validation rules, and branching workflows to streamline procurement processes and ensure compliance.
- Build and troubleshoot integrations connecting Zip with Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS, NetSuite) to enable bidirectional data flow for purchase requisitions, POs, vendor data, and invoices.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API calls, webhooks, and middleware scripts for platform connectivity with Ironclad, DocuSign, LinkSquares, Jira, ServiceNow, Okta, and Slack.
- Manage data mapping, payload transformation, and schema syncing to ensure data integrity between procurement and financial systems.
- Oversee platform security, user provisioning, SSO, and access controls across integrated systems.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of workflows and integrations during platform updates or Oracle release cycles.
- Serve as Tier 2/3 support for API errors, sync failures, and stalled workflows, working to resolve issues promptly.
- Continuously analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with enterprise-level workflow configuration and systems administration.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience configuring and maintaining workflows within the Zip platform.
- Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between middleware or orchestration platforms and Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS, or NetSuite).
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Workato, MuleSoft, or scripting languages like Python or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows, Oracle CoA, vendor onboarding, and financial audit processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to translate procurement policies into automated workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Workday HCM, Workday Configuration, Zip Procurement Orchestration, Ironclad, and LinkSquares.
- Familiarity with security and identity management tools like Okta, Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Ability to manage complex data transformations and schema mappings.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced environments and supporting enterprise procurement systems.

Compensation: $37.10 - $63.59/hr
