The Jennifer Kenna Home Selling Team at eXp is expanding in Manatee, Sarasota, Pinellas, and Polk counties and seeks highly motivated real estate agents eager to advance their sales careers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads and convert them into sales
• Utilize provided sales systems and technology
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring programs
• Collaborate with the team to grow your real estate business

Requirements

• Florida Real Estate License
• Passion for sales and working with people
• Prior sales experience (real estate experience preferred but not required)
• High motivation, energy, and commitment to success

Pay

$100,000+ (commissioned position)
