Zillow Buyer Agent

About the role

Join one of the few two Zillow teams covering the Spokane and Northern Idaho Markets, selling approximately 200 homes per year. Manage and convert leads generated from the Zillow platform, working closely with buyers to guide them through the real estate process.

Responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with buyers
• Guide buyers through the real estate process
• Speak-to-lead is key
• Manage and convert Zillow leads
• Work closely with buyers to guide them through the real estate process
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Use the Zillow platform and related technologies
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and Zillow platform

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school
• If not licensed, consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount
• Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in using the Zillow platform and related technologies
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
• Reliable transportation

Pay

Estimated Commissions between $60,000 to $85,000 (after launched)
