- Changed the grid style from a busy colonial pattern to a minimal cross design (one vertical and one diagonal bar) for unobstructed views with subtle character.
- Finished the exterior in oil-rubbed bronze—a deep, glossy dark bronze—to create a striking contrast with the stucco and achieve a sophisticated, high-end appearance.
- Used a crisp white interior finish to maintain a modern aesthetic.
- Replaced two old sliding patio doors with new Freedom Doors, ensuring consistent premium quality, efficiency, and style.
