About the role

The Z Cross Country Boys coach will be responsible for organizing and leading cross country teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead cross country teams
• Manage team logistics including scheduling meets and events
• Provide training and guidance to student athletes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Requirements

• Must have previous coaching experience in cross country
• Strong knowledge of cross country running techniques and strategies
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience working with youth sports
