About the role

Z 9TH GR VOLLEYBALL is seeking a Community Coach to support the volleyball program at Rockledge High School.

Responsibilities

• Support the coaching staff in implementing the school’s vision and mission.
• Assist in organizing and running practices and games.
• Work with students to develop their skills and improve their performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience coaching volleyball at the high school level preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with youth and adults.
• Knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies.

Benefits

Pay

• $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

• 5 days per week.
• Varies based on practice and game schedules.
