About the role

We are looking for several new employees primarily for the 2026 season, with the possibility of permanent employment. At HÖ Allbygg AB, we perform ground work including foundation work for buildings, surface layers, paving and asphalt work, VA pipelines, parking lots, and much more. Construction is a team effort where you work together with other professional groups, machine operators, and site managers to achieve good results. Our customers include municipalities, the region, industry, property companies, housing associations, and others in Norrbotten, mostly along the coast and within the four-area region. We prioritize safe workplaces, good teamwork, and open, transparent communication. Work environment and safety are important to us and are highly prioritized in our daily work.

Requirements

• Swedish in speech and writing
• English
• B driving license
• Computer skills

Qualifications

Experience in ground work is meritorious but not a requirement.
