YouTube Manager

About the role

The YouTube Manager oversees the creative direction of Acquisition.com's YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality content that drives business outcomes. This role requires deep knowledge of YouTube's ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative direction of YouTube packaging (titles and thumbnails) across all ACQ brands.
• Run the full upload operation end to end, including scheduling, tags, chapters, end screens, and a final QC check.
• Build and run a continuous A/B testing framework for thumbnails and titles.
• Systematically audit and re-optimize the back catalogue for improved impression and revenue lift.
• Serve as the primary liaison to YouTube's Partner Manager and lead the evaluation of new platform features.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing, growing, or optimizing a high-volume YouTube channel.
• Deep command of YouTube's packaging ecosystem, including thumbnails, titles, CTR mechanics, retention patterns, and algorithm behavior.
• Strong analytical fundamentals and experience with A/B testing for YouTube content.
• Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, reporting, or workflow automation.
• Proficiency with project management tools and G-Suite, with strong written communication skills.
• Able to operate fully onsite in Las Vegas, NV, with flexibility to support production and upload timing.
